Booking & Reservation Details
[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”HOW TO BOOK?”]There are two ways to book. (1) Use the “Booking Calendar” on our website homepage or (2) Use the “Book Now” at the top bar. Whatever you choose, search for your preferred dates.
After searching, you will be redirected to another page. and just below the title “1BR Studio Unit“, click “Select Room” to proceed. Just in case the button is disabled, it means that your chosen date is already taken.
After clicking the “Select Room” button, you will see “Room 1 of 1“, please review your reservation details, and click “Continue“.
In the add-ons section, you can choose “Basement Parking” and click “Select“. (optional), if not applicable, click “Continue“. If you selected an add-on, it will refresh the page and add the parking fee to your room rate, just click “Continue” to proceed.
The last part of the process is your booking details which display the total amount to be paid and the required 50% downpayment for the reservation. To complete your booking, just enter your required information (for payment verification) and select a Payment Option. Click “Place Order” to proceed.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”PAYMENT OPTIONS”]We accept Bank transfers and Gcash. We only require a 50% downpayment but if you wish to have a cashless transaction you may pay the total amount. Our bank details and Gcash details will be provided through email. Please check your inbox.
Please take note that we will only process your booking if your payment pushes through. After we received your payment, we will send you a final confirmation of your booking. We will also be needing additional information needed by Azure Urban Resort Residences Management.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”BOOKING ID VS ORDER ID”]After you submitted your booking through our website, you will receive two (2) autogenerated emails. One email with the “Booking ID” which contains the total amount to be paid and the other one with the “Order ID”, which contains the invoice for the downpayment that you needed to pay. If you have decided to pay the total amount, we will send you another email (revised) confirming that you paid in full.
Please take note that the Booking ID and Order ID are different from each other. ID’s are sequential but serve different purposes.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”CANCELLATION & REFUND”]We allow our guests to cancel and ask for a refund. However, if we received your cancellation request within 7 days before your check-in date, your downpayment is non-refundable and in case you paid in full, we will take 50% of the total amount (including the parking fee) and return the remaining.
For cancellation, we highly suggest that you message us on our Facebook page (K&K Azure Staycation).
[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”SWIMMING POOL ACCESS”]Pool access is exclusive to your booking rate. To avail of swim access bands, you can go directly to the booth and pay 250 pesos/per person (per shift). Please wear appropriate swimming attire.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”MAXIMUM GUESTS ALLOWED”]Our unit can only accommodate a maximum of four (4) guests. Just in case, you have a child who has a height of 3ft and below they will be excluded from the headcount (Max of 1 child for the exclusion). Only registered guests are allowed in the room, please do not invite other visitors.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”PARKING INFORMATION”]Just like the pool, the parking fee is exclusive to your booking rate.
